Therapy for anxiety, online across Australia

Practical, evidence-based support for worry, panic and overwhelm — via secure telehealth, wherever you are.

Anxiety can be exhausting — a mind that won't slow down, a body braced for something to go wrong, and a world that quietly shrinks as you avoid the things that set it off. It can also get better. Anxiety is one of the concerns psychologists most commonly help people with.
Together we'll make sense of what's keeping your anxiety going and build skills to respond to it differently — drawing on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to you.

What this can help with

  • Generalised worry that won't switch off
  • Panic attacks and physical anxiety symptoms
  • Social anxiety and avoidance
  • Health or performance anxiety
  • Overwhelm, stress and burnout
  • Anxiety alongside low mood or trauma

Telehealth that fits your life. Sessions run over a secure, encrypted video link from a private space of your choice — no waiting rooms, no commute. A phone option is available if video isn't suitable.

Frequently asked questions

Can therapy actually help my anxiety?

Yes — anxiety is one of the concerns psychologists most commonly help people with. We'll make sense of what's keeping the anxiety going and build practical, evidence-based skills (drawing on CBT and ACT) to help you respond differently.

Does online therapy for anxiety work?

Research suggests telehealth can be effective for many people with anxiety, with the bonus of attending from somewhere you feel safe. Suitability depends on individual needs; you'll just need a private space and a stable connection.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some people feel meaningful relief within a handful of sessions; others prefer ongoing support. We'll set goals early and keep checking that the work feels useful.

Can I claim Medicare for anxiety therapy?

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate on each session. See the fees page for details.
