Telehealth psychologist in Canberra & the ACT

Warm, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression and trauma — for clients across Canberra and the ACT (and Australia-wide), from the comfort of your own space.

I'm Riya — a Canberra-based psychologist and Clinical Registrar. Before private practice I worked in occupational rehabilitation and in domestic violence and family support services here in the ACT, so I know this community and the pressures people in it carry.
I see clients by secure telehealth, which means no commute across Canberra traffic and no waiting room — just a private, confidential session wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • Secure video (or phone) sessions — attend from home, anywhere in the ACT
